菲尼克斯电气产品在污水处理行业的应用: 菲尼克斯电气产品在污水处理行业的应用!现代化的污水处理系统需要实现管理与控制一体化、实现办公自动化。控制系统不仅与下层控制设备有良好的接口，而且具有与上层管理系统集成的接口，同时具有可扩展性。所以现代化污水处理系统要求在底层采用现场总线或者工业以太网等技术，上层则选用优秀的监控组态软件。为了加强系统的可靠性，使整个系统长时间无故障地运行，需要采用冗余和容错技术。根据全集成自动化（Totally Integrated Automation）的思想，将污水厂控制系统分为管理级、控制级、现场级。控制级是实现系统功能的关键，也是管理级与现场级之间的枢纽层，其主要功能是接爱管理层的参数或命令，对污水处理生产过程进行控制，同时将现场状态送到管理层。控制器是整个系统的核心，所以在控制级中采用菲尼克斯公司的ILC350控制器，该控制器本自具有一个TCP/IP通讯接口，并通过分支模块与远程I／O模块连接，远程分布式I／O模块与现场设备和传感器通信。
